It was a nice spring day here in SE PA. Word had leaked out that there would be an impromptu cruise down High Street in Pottstown. I asked my son if he was interested in going. I didn't have to ask him twice, he was all for it as he has been cooped up for weeks now.

So we made the trip into town in the G.T.500 and were greeted by the sight of many cars traveling in the opposite direction, quite a few in front of us, and more than just a few people lining the streets. We received many hand gestures of appreciation. We made one pass each way and then headed for home. My only other comment is that isolation has NOT done anything to enhance the intelligence of the average American. We had several instances of people darting out in front of the car and of others who did not know how to drive in traffic. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience however brief it was.

No pics ?

It's possible.Car came to me with a cocoa license plate frame on it,so a previous owner was club involved I think.Car was originally sold at Theodore Robins Ford in Costa Mesa,Ca. to a gentleman named William  in Santa Ana Ca. (who I actually tracked down and spoke to years ago-he didn't remember who he sold it to).I bought it in 1982 from a guy in Hollywood named Gabriel.Fly in the ointment is that I am pretty sure that there were owner(s) between William and Gabriel who I don't know about.Pretty sure Gabriel had it painted.I would love to know what the car looked like before he had it painted.Or maybe not.It might just make me angry... ;D

Not sure if it matters to you or not but I recently received some paper work from Dave Mathews that I requested ,he had my purchase order & about 3 pages of info on previous owners that was kinda cool just to have .

No A/C in this one & it was a hot one for sure today, i had A/C in the KR that worked great in the winter ,but once it hit 100 in summer i'd have to roll down the windows anyway .

It was an absolutely gorgeous day here in SoCal.  So I exercised the KR and Kirkham, and my E-Type.

I'm almost finished with the inventory, cleaning and repositioning of all of my garage tools.  I discovered that I have 16 pair of vice grips.

Next up, tackling the stuff under the stairs.
.   Cleaning up the garage and realized I have like 25 (mostly)vintage surfboards and like 30 (mostly)vintage skateboards...When /how the hell did that happen?!?! I guess it all "adds up" over time...Gnarly.... :o

Nice i've got a decent vintage skateboard collection myself born & raised in the Badlands ,Upland Ca
