The idler arm was assembled wrong as the arm off the shaft is pointing downward should be pointing upward so that makes the draglink hang down on rh side as it should be level. Have seen these idler arms assembled wrong before on rebuilt idlers but this arm looks aftermarket so the company making them either made a mistake or someone took it apart and assembled it wrong. Just sayin because the rh  steering and rh tierods will be in a bind.

70 is not as long as 67 c70z pins so 67 wont work on 70.

Its a cougar tailight rear harness on shelbys and a little longer than mustang since cougar is longer in rear part of car than mustang.

Yeah thats been over 20 years now the ford 100 years show a great historic event not to be missed as its the only car event my dad ever went to with me and my brother pat who helps me restore cars and dad wanted to see the event but really wanted to see the henry ford muesum and greenfield village and the ford assembly plant tour ford did as part of the 100 year events.  The 2 orange 70 scj 4-speed verts are identical cars with same options consecutive serial # 2655-2656 and are ford executives shelbys built together but they changed the color combo coral/white and grabber orange/black and they both have original drivetrains with about the same mileage and being assigned to ford executives they had an easy early life.

Compred just checked 3177 is car billups had out of OK sold to ken falk  sorry  i thought u were talking about falks  70 coral scj 4-speed vert thats 1707. Yeah Ken falks just trying to show me up having identical twins both same 70 cars vert and fastback haha so i guess i need to buy phil q. 500 mile  70 fastback so i got identical twins both 70 coral gt500s scj 4 speeds with white interior and same options so i can keep up with him ya think?

Gary there probly is less than 10 known 70 coral scj 4 speed fastbacks that survived. I keep track of the scj verts and there is 1 coral 69 scj vert and its a 4 speed in the LA shelby muesum and 2 70 coral scj 4 speeds verts mine with white interior and falks with black and only 1 coral automatic and its a 70 also just bought from OO at KC mecum and mason jones bought it so 4 total coral scj verts were made and all of them still exist. It is no surprize to me that most of 43  69-70 gt500 drag pack verts still exist and i got records of all of them in order 24 - 4-speeds and 19 - auto total and the reason i think most still exist is they were expensive rare unique cars so even if wrecked they were fixed and not sent to the crusher. Just look at how many cuda and challenger hemi or 6 packs verts still exist most of them because they were expensive rare cars that got fixed not crushed.

Compred  falks car ken bramlets old car is 1707 and i went to kansas back 35 years ago or so to buy that car but couldnt document if it was an original big suspension f-60-15 car as this was before shelby paperwork was found back in mid 90s so i told ken about it and he bought it and did a driver resto then sold it to build  a new house and we tracked down the old owner in IL and he had a boss 429 also he was driving at that time.  My car is 2655 and it was found in NC also in an old cotton gin barn just north east of charlotte also.
