I would probably let the car owner have it back for what I had in it. Possibly they could come up with a trade for parts or another hipo block.

I thought they were all 2 speed.

Sure your car could be the only one with a given set of popular options and an AM radio but      disregards the identical cars in all respects except built with an  AM-FM or AM-8track. Compared to a 69 GT vert with a SCJ 4 speed is more value relevant.

Unless there is excessive runout I wouldn't do anything. Any material removed will change the placement,(offset) at the wheel well.
