Thank U--- I had carb. done by WOODRUF , GREAT restoration ., car literarily runs perfect, I guess I will just have to twick   idle to somewhere around 650---thanks again

Hi---I have idle speed [head light on--A/C off] on Shelby gt 500 set at 1000 RPM---however read the article on 428 Cobr Jet tune instruction that it should be at 600/650 RPM--Any opinion on what ic correct--THNKS

HI---by flickering I meant lights on instrument panel and gauges on console---at this point I have checked everything that anyone recommended and tomorrow I will remove the instrument panel , I strongly suspect that culprit is cluster voltage regulator---the consoling thing is actually the feeling of comradery with overwhelming respond from members---thanks

Car starts no problem, all interior lights ok, just no instrument  panel and gauges. Tomorrow will buy another board but not sure if cluster regulator is separate or is part of the board. I do know that i can buy cluster voltage regulator separately [CLAZ-1O804] BUT how difficult is it to install

Hi and Happy Easter-----I have flickering lights on my instrument panel and gauges---I would say it is time to replace Instrument Panel Voltage Regulator----quetion # 1 is printed board and regulator all in one piece or can I replace regulator separately---# 2 perhaps would anyone have good tip to do it accurately--- Thanks---John      1969 Shelby GT 500

HI---is it possible to identified difference between reproduction and original oil filler cap---I do know that 69 Shelby after April 69 was getting black cap with black plastic elbow--however on my cap there IS AUTOLITE IN raised letters , but nothing on grumet or elbow---Thank U

HI--- I am installing NOS Front Valance on 69 Shelby GT 500 ---Can anyone help with paint detailing ----1] was valance painted on the car---2] was back painted or left raw fiberglass 3] bracket to which fog lights were mounted and valance mounted to fender was painted car body color or black---thank you
