Well this is one of those cars. Will be interesting how they sell it.

I did see that. So if ya have a title shouldn't you then be able to register it an drive it ?

Ok this is one of the new Mike McCluskey's 427 SC  commissioned by Carroll Shelby to continue production to fulfill the obligation to build the final 30 'CSX3000 series' 427 SC cars.
From the auction..
Shelby American, Inc., Los Angeles, California dash plaque
Notarized MSO hand-signed by Carroll Shelby

I vaguely remember Shelby couldn't register them. Thought they could only be race cars.. ??  Can you register it with an MSO ??

Grumpy,
Agreed 100% , it is crazy.
the plate is of concern.

Not on point, but years ago when I purchased a red 66 Shelby up your way.
I had a guy telling me he could get me the numbers etc off of a real 66 conv?
Which it was a Shelby converts number, best of my recollection.
I never tried verifying it at SAAC. I think I did mention it to Mr Vinny though.

The Blue car sat in a barn/garage for 40+ years. A few people knew about it. I was told a lot buy guys that had friends who owned one to. ya ya ya.. thats it. Oh I think he wants to sell it to.  :o

Years ago I sold a ton of parts. Took pics of the parts, pic in the box and the sealed up box. I insured everything. Guys I knew I'd just ship it out an when they got a chance sent me the $$$. Can't tell ya how many times I bought stuff an AFTER giving them the $$$$ I ask myself "What the hell am I doing !!" Only had one problem with one sleeze. Said he never got the part till I sent a pic of it by his front door.

Today sadly everything has changed. Your word means nothing now. How sad is that. Scams happening every day on all the car sites I am on.  :(

I don't know about an easy fix back to Grabber Blue. Jambs and everything else adds $$$$$  up quick.
