I have only see one damaged one and it had the ribs just hammered down perfectly and the splash buck was just bolted or screwed to it? Not sure if the metal ring is needed to be welded in if going that route? Wish I really knew..

Approximate value of Original 1965 block off plate... Did any cars use them?
You may want to define which one . For example there are radio, heater control, heater motor even cigarette lighter. There are a few.

Hi bob, hope all is well. Do you any chance have pics or part numbers of that cigarette lighter delete?

The box looks like it was for the 66 rear side windows. I'd assume the R Model windows to have as 65 part #. Jim Murieta at OVC recently bought the original tooling for the side windows.
that's good to know, as I thought cobra automotive had the original tooling, maybe it's the rear window U am thinking of?

Just picked up a roll bar and threw it in the car to see how it fits. Looks like the seat brackets need to be removed. Anyone have pictures to share of the welds to the floor.

Jimmy,

The roll bar base shares the approximate location as the front mount of the over ride traction bar. So depending on what you're building you need to take that into consideration and adjust accordingly. Another is the angle and location of the back bar braces. They need to clear the large side interior panels. (Unlike the idiot that installed mine)
There is a "correct" location for the main hoop bar, and the location as to where you notch the interior panel to come through.
At this time you can now fit the back brace bar and insure you can remove and install that big panel.
A good friend and member of NorCal SAAC fixed mine. PM me and I'll give you his info. He's up in Mountain View.
You can't just throw it in there.
I have pictures somewhere. I'll try and dig them up.

Cheers,
~Earl J
always the savior! PM on the way

I 100% agree it's a continuation original wheel, not a reproduction part!

I still have a couple originals including the 65 that has the silverish argent paint. I started the original forum thread. This painted one was confirmed at the time as original and a variation of sorts, purchased it from Craig at Paradise. Originals have the machine marks in the back.

Looks great, but a bit confused, I thought you were getting these for us, do we have to call springall ourselves and order this?

So far I believe I found the correct KH part numbers. The emergency brake center link is KH 89824 and the emergency brake swing arms are KH 47852 RH and KH 47853 LH.
What is the correct finish on these parts supposed to be?

Hello all, getting ready to put my rear end togethter. I have a nice diagram of the rear brake part numbers. The diagram is short of the KH part numbers that are stamped in the parts. I am trying to find correct K/H emergency brake parts. I keep searching for 10" parts but find the same parts with different KH numbers and they all claim they are for ford 10 inch brakes.

Does anyone have some pics of there parts and numbers or this info accurately recorded?

Thanks in advance!
