These guys are a Koni distributor and rebuild shocks. They will dyno the shock and tell you what is required.

Hello Bob,

Do you have that AMK part number for the washers that are correct? Trying to get my AMK order together and I could sure use these!
Many thanks!!
Matt
Here are the measurements.

If you have access to engine head parts, FE 390/428 rocker arm shaft stand retaining bolt washers would be correct, or very close. I have made proper looking tower shock caps using these washers.

Another phone number, Mason was easy to deal with and got my parts out to me quickly. all the hardware was correct except the front shock mounting nuts, they were nylock. NPD and Brant have the correct nuts.

I would agree with the OP the the seatbelt bolt finish is Gold Cadium, not zinc di-chromate gold. Cadium gold is a softer/Duller finish than a shinney finish that zinc di-chromate finish represents. Typical of 67/68.... IMHO...

Ok, it's the J clip that has the rubber pad molded-in. For a minute I thought you meant the bracket.
And for 67 the bracket is P&O. I painted mine, so back to the media blast it goes.

The J clip is P&O. The bracket itself  is painted black...

This is what it looks like. This is for 65/66. 67/68 clip would be phosphated.

Really like the 4-speed AC cars.
FYI it is add on A/C which if you were going have a owner modification that would be the one to have. Too late a car to have a 66 style shift knob.

Bob do you know that by looking at the car or by what registry indicates?

I would say within and done before scoop was mounted such that rivets/washers would be natural and not painted.

Would that same scheme be the same for 68?
