Up For Auction / Re: Single 10 spoke wheel on Ebay

And a 1968 10-spoke as well....that's rare  :D  I agree, who is buying this stuff?

Congratulations Brant.  Virginia Mustang was my first Mustang catalog in 1986!  I was 16 years old, and I just bought my '66 Coupe. I have been a customer ever since.  Brant has been so helpful to me, and I want to wish him the best in a long, happy, and healthy retirement.

The last time I spoke with him was when he called me about 2 weeks ago.

He has had an apprentice/intern working with him for a couple of years, and he has been teaching him the trade.

From what I was told, his student is in his 30's and is the son of one of his car restoration friends. He had no interest in following in his father's footsteps, but he has a passion for gauges. Phil said he is giving his knowledge and business to him.

RIP Phil.

Bump. Thanks Shelby friends. Nick

This WTB is not for the scammers who have replied to me. You can take your BS somewhere else.

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / Re: Re pop Speedway 350's

Dave's car looks great with the 215's.  I had 235's in all 4 corners of 1690 with no rub.  I would do 215 or 225 on the tribute car Rod.

That was great.  Thank you for sharing.

Are you selling yours?

Hi,

I would be interested in the manual since my '66 is missing it's original manual.  I would have to inquire with a friend, and SAAC member, on verifying it and offering you a fair price.

Regards,
Nick

Quote from: CharlesTurner on May 10, 2025, 12:47:02 AMJesse at Shelby Parts & Restoration has also had the system available, he also has correct reproduction headers.

Same manufacturer/system but Brant is priced much better.

Brant at Virginia Mustang has a great and correct system. You don't need to look any further.

Not even close.  The GT Prototype and then the Cobra.

The NMB '67 is a nice driver, but there is a lot that is not correct.

My head hurts from reading the item description.  That guy is all over the map.

Back on topic with a bump:

I am looking for an original set of Ray Brown belts. My car is a February 1966 car so earlier the better. Thank you. Nick

Quote from: Bob Gaines on April 13, 2025, 02:09:48 PMOMG. It makes you wonder why people do some things.

Bob, can you make a list of things that are incorrect and that need to be addressed?  I know the hood hinges are incorrect and that the interior 1/4 panels are the wrong shade of black.
