I think I asked the question incorrectly, what is used to block the holes?

Did they use these clips (shown on regular antenna for mustang) this is from Concoursmustang

What are or what did they use to seal this hole. I think it is the antenna grommet on a mustang, but since the antenna is in the back what is used in that hole?

Well an update, I was able to recreate the texture for the decklid and in doing so did find the original "part/engineering" number on the declid. Not sure if the resolution comes out well at least I know that it is original now.

I went electronic/LED many years ago when the sets got released and that is what I recommend. Brighter and no more failed boards(I've had a few over 30 years)

When you did the conversion did you do all exterior lights or only taillights?

Looking for metal cups for the console gages for 69 GT 500.

I do have a question about the wrap on the harness. When the harness was returned they also wrapped the fuel harness over to the plug. Should that be the case or should I remove it?

Friction tape, hope that was correct. I have both if need to switch to vinyl tape. It was friction on it before I sent it to have it wrapped.

Sorry forgot to post picture

My original harness on left (not any good) has a single ground to back of alternator case. New harness I purchased from Dead Nuts, has a 2nd ground to engine block. I dont if the original harness was changed in the past, I just want to make sure the new harness is correct.

went to Home depot and got flat stock and just started bending and shaping by hand. The angles were the most difficult, I do not have any type of metal bending or shaping machines.
