1969 1970 Shelby front seats.  I have these listed on Ebay right now but also posting here.  Pretty much impossible to find a set of original seats like in this condition anymore.  Can be installed as is....the one seat back has two screws in it so probably would change that out.  But this is original comfortweave material and soft and plyable still.  Contact me with any questions or need more photos or information.

Shipping can be done thru a crating and freight service here in Phoenix if needed.

Asking $2200.

Im chasing an electrical issue here tonight on a 69 GT500 I am finishing.  Everything runs and drives and works perfect....except the fog lights.

Inside the car the interior light switch works with no problem in the console.  But when turning on the fog light switch it just clicks the relay on and off every 5 seconds and the fog lights never turn on.  I  have a complete extra gauge and switch console that I swapped out and does the exact same thing.

So I think something isnt wired here correctly.  Can someone confirm the routing of the three wires here at the voltage regulator, starter solenoid, junction block?
First picture below is just a reference photo I pulled from Bring a Trailer (Nate Jones) Shelby that recently sold.

Looking for an original smog pump pulley for a 428 with AC.  These pulleys are different than the regular smog pumps since they share the AC belt and need a wider groove for that.  Engineering number is a C90E-9C480-A and used on 1969 and 1970 Cobra Jets.  If you have one to sell let me know.  Email, text or phone is the best to reach me.

Wanted to Buy / Carter X fuel pump
July 31, 2024, 02:57:41 PM
Looking for an original style Carter X fuel pump that would be used on a big block application - in this case 1969 428 engine.  Originals have a casting number of 4441S.  Date code is not as important as just getting one of these to replace the aftermarket I have here.

Call email or text if you can help as I dont check messages on here enough.

Parts For Sale / 1965/1966 Tri Y Headers and H pipe
June 23, 2024, 07:27:44 PM
Selling a set of 65/66 Shelby Tri-Y headers and H pipe.  These were both new made by Scott Fuller - see photos where they were installed on a 1968 Mustang.  They will fit on any 1965 to 1968 Mustang and possibly later years as well.
Have about 30 miles on them total.

I had to put a small dimple in the drivers side header to clear the power steering ram.  The H pipe was modified for an O2 sensor.  Also includes the drop bracket for the power steering.

Call text or email me if interested directly as I do not get on the forum often enough.

Originally paid $3600.  Asking $2000.

SAAC Forum Discussion Area / Cleaning Shelby wheels
December 06, 2023, 09:57:38 AM
Im working on a 69 Shelby here now that was stored for many many years.  Wondering if anyone has used any decent products to clean the center of the wheels.  I tried something called Sonax and that did not do anything.  Thinking I need something that is acidic to clean in to the pores.
Below is side by side photos of what I started with.  I dipped each wheel in Evaporust which made a huge difference but some of the wheel centers are not as bright and clean as others.

Parts For Sale / C6 Transmission
August 16, 2023, 01:09:08 AM
Listed locally here in Phoenix but figure I would list on the forums as well.  Can easily arrange shipping if needed.

Ford C6 transmission out of a 1967 Mustang. Would work for other years of Mustangs (1967 to 1973), Cougars, Fairlanes and probably some truck applications. No stripped holes for starter or broken mounting tabs. Includes torque converter as well.
Selling this as a restorable core.
The valve body needs to be redone - it has an issue with a sticking valve. Can be rebuilt or replaced. Including two extra valve bodies for the rebuild in case they are needed.

$600

I have heard rumors but have not seen any pictures or center console lids that look any different than what I have here.  Curious if anyone has seen the console stamping slightly different on an original.  This is what I consider correct originals:
