Saw this pop up on social media. I've never seen it before. Curious what the white hoods are - temps from Ford?

I installed a new Alloy Metal Products harness. All works well except I don't get power at the coil. Here's what I have done so far:
1. Starts with key with jumper wire from battery to coil.
2. Ran test power from pink wire behind ignition switch; with tach leads jumped and cluster disconnected, still no power at coil.
3. There is continuity from coil wire to firewall plug.
4. The only thing that seems peculiar are the tach leads: the double red/yellow stripe wires exit the harness right behind cluster; the pink wire in black sheath is much longer and exits the harness closer to fuse panel.

Any ideas? Everything else works as it should.

I'm installing a new Alloy Metal Products underdash harness in my'68. All the wiring and connectors match up to my original harness except for these two leads, which I can't identify in any of my wiring diagrams. Any ideas? Blue with black stripe and round terminals. Circuit breaker perhaps?

For my 68 convertible 3/20 build date:

1. The sill plates for my car, which appear to be original judging by the wear, patina and caulk on the underside, have "Shelby American Inc Los Angeles California" emblems. All the 68's I have seen just say "shelby automotive, inc". Is the former correct?
2. Was the bronze 4spd sticker on the console woodgrain standard for all cars? I have seen on some but not all.
3. Are the hood hold down bracket fasteners bright zinc or black phosphate? Are there 3 or 5?

I have never been to an SAAC event. Just curious, how large is the car show? Will there also be a swap meet?

Need a pair for a 1968 convertible shoulder belt. Should be same as fastback.

Are the retractors for the convertible shoulder harness the same as other era Fords (except for logo) or are they Shelby unique? Looking for a pair....

Has round top "3"; looking to trade for a flat top 3 for my early '68. Very good original condition. PM if interested and we can swap pics.

Does anyone have a photo or a diagram showing how the vacuum actuator/bracket/solenoid attach to the underside of the dash? The assembly manual shows the single-bolt mounting tab attaching to "something", just not sure what that is.

I have received two replies to want ads that I have posted. One was from a guest user; the other from a brand new member. The text in both replies was identical and refered me to a non-member email address. I replied to one with a bogus technical question and the reply I got was "yes, that's what I have". FOUND Need console insert, top seal below radio, complete lid or embossed covering, source for correct material to re-cover sides/rails. I have a good upholstery shop that can match the stitching. Would consider complete console if there is one out there.

I'm installing a set of Kevin Marti ignition wires. Wondering if anyone has a picture of the correct routing, over/under etc and which cylinder gets the wire with the sleeve and angled plug? All my searching has only found picures with air cleaner installed. I've managed to make it look pretty but would I like to get it correct.

I'm putting together my J code and have a few questions on assembly:

1. The AMK bolt kit has 4 studs and 8 bolts. Location of studs? What color are bolts; painted, natural or black phophate (as shipped)?
2. Carb spacer: natural or painted?
3. Valve cover bolts - natural or painted?
4. Tstat housing & bolts -natural or painted?
