Saw this news report this morning about a deadly house fire in NJ.  The news footage included the front of the garage.  The chrome trim around the grille opening caught my attention but not sure what make it is.

Another collector car accident and the car (cars) didn't leave the garage.  Saw this on local news where an out-of-control car hit this garage. Looks like the Corvette was above the Nova on storage lift.

Our Shelby is stored in a garage equipped with an STANLEY overhead chain driven garage door opener and has a control pad near the entry door.  We entered the other day and activated the door to open.

The garage door opened BUT did not stop.  Within the seconds it took to realize what was happening and deactivating the door, the trolley "two blocked (crashed)" into the opener drive unit.  The light panel fell out, the drive housing distorted with screws/plastic parts popping out, and the chain disengaged/fell after the gear casing broke in two.  Again, this all happened in seconds.

After removing everything, I noticed the manufacturer of drive motor – check the picture LOL.

Set of repro bumper brackets, FREE if you need them.

How to interpret Marti Report Statistics of this 68 Metuchen built J Code 4spd convertible:

Over 300K 68 Mustangs were built, do these statistics relate to the total cars produced? (775 AM/FM radios would be a rare option then)

Also, always thought the only "Stereo" system in 68 was for the 8Track radio? (report misstates radio as stereo?)

Were there any 68 Shelbys delivered with an AM/FM (mono or stereo) radio?

Worked on a bowtie car for a friend years ago which had the wrong year seats.  These 67(?) Corvette seats were left behind.  Anybody want them FREE!!  PM me if interested.  Not everything in the pictures are non-Shelby.

According to 428 Registry website, this bracket is for 68 – 70 FE alternator adjustment without smog.  Anybody want it, it is free for the cost of shipping.  Thanks

What is the original location of the coil on 68 small block?

Does it vary depending car having AC, automatic, 4spd, or thermactor system?

Or original cast iron intake w/Ford carb or Cobra intake w/Holley carb?
