Hello Bob, thank you for taking the time to respond to the problems Dan and i are having.
I am interested in one of your known pumps, perhaps one of the NOS units? What cost please?
Shipping would be to Dans shop in Harleysville.
Many thanks
Alan

Hello, i have an early 67GT350 in my shop, here in the UK and my old friend Dan Nolan, based at the Mustang Barn in Harleysville PA also has a 67GT350 in his shop.
Both of us are having huge problems with brand new, or reconditioned Power-Steering pumps either not working on installation onto the car, or completely failing soon after fitment.
We are both following known bleeding, set-up methods but we are experiencing the same failures.
He is on his third pump and i am on my second.
Would any SAAC Member know of a good US based established rebuilder who can turn out a good pump? or maybe does anybody have a NOS Unit they would sell?
Any help/advice or pointer would be much appreciated to both of us.
Many thanks Alan and on behalf of Dan.
Direct email is faulknerstevens@btinternet.com

Ask a Registrar / Re: 66 shelby 2176
March 28, 2025, 01:22:29 AM
2176 is genuine, it has been in Europe, since i purchased it from Bill Collins. Known history from new with documents, refreshed where needed mechanically but 52k miles genuine and generally untouched. All original drivetrain in place.
Has just found a new home in the UK, with serious collector.

I have an original, 68 Shelby Sales Brochure for sale. It is in excellent condition and is signed by Carroll Shelby.
I have owned this for 15 plus years....i knew John Ashboure who ran the Shelby Heart Trust here in the UK and if Carroll came over he would often stay at John's home.
John kindly arranged for Carroll to sign the brochure for me, but it is dedicated to me.
I am asking $400 including postage to any US purchaser.
For detailed pictures and any other information, please email me at:

Many thanks Alan.
