Like to buy or trade. Looking for bk bj carbs with date codes 6a or 6b

I find some pulleys that have same number on it.  One has D4 cast into it. And other. Doesn't.  And one has Julian calendar date on it and again other doesn't have any date.   Which one is correct?

I have two bk carbs. 4th week of march and 4th week of October.  I'd like to find a bk carb 1st week of Feb.

what are the typical timeline for engine assembly date to the ford build date? 
would it be possible that an engine assembly stamp / date be 13 days prior to the ford build date?
like for example:
engine assembly stamp date D6
ford actually built 4/19/67
Shelby build completed 4/28/67

If I recall correctly the block and heads are feb 67 and the car was completely in April 28th 67

My waterpump has c8ae-8606-d with date code 7c6
