I believe for your 1968 Shelby GT500 with a 4-speed manual and A/C, the correct radiator engineering number to look for is the C8ZE-L, L1, or L2 series, which were the factory big-block radiators.

Hello everyone,
My name is Drennen, and I am a new member joining you from San Jose, California.
I previously owned a 1992 Ford Mustang SAAC Mk1, which remains one of the finest vehicles I have ever driven. Unfortunately, I sold it to a friend in 2007 prior to moving to Holland to pursue my Master's degree.
I have recently located another 1992 SAAC Mk1 and expect to finalize the purchase in late January 2026. I am joining this community to gain deeper insight into the restoration process and look forward to contributing to the forum however I can.
