This bares no weight on your item for sale, but i'd be willing to purchase it for $250 + s/h and here's why? For starters, I have AC, and wish to keep it and the center vents intact. I'll find a seperate location for these.

No resistor is simply for the electronic distributor and ignition coil. This keeps the car alive and running outside of a tachometer failure.

Original wiring config., with resistor, tach fails? Car does not start.

I'm talking to this seller about these scoops, trying to identify if these are legit. They appear to be but so many repairs and hacks are visible, throwing off what I've been reading. So, I must call on the pros.
