Compare the style and appearance of the clamps compared to the auction car too .

That's what I did and I quickly concluded that Jim Cowles did not use his reproduction clamps on purpose.

Removed in the 80s from a 1965 GT350 that was race prepared.

Many have already asked about the paint code, but it seems there's never been a definitive answer. Everyone creates their own formula to get as close as possible, but I hope you will find the answer.
