SAAC Forum Discussion Area / 1966 GT350 OTC wood steering wheel?

My GT350 came with this wood steering wheel. Could this be an early SAI wheel? It has 2-cancelation pins, no black line in the wood, and no collars on the spokes. Is there value here and with all the splintering, is it restorable?

I have a Holley S2MS 9510 A List 3259-1 with a 3-digit date code of 993. Seems like a 1966/1967 Shelby carb, but the date cade is throwing me off. Did Holley make these in 1969 as a service replacement?
Any thoughts on what vehicle it could have been made for and what value it may have?
