I found fragments of some type of inspection sheet in my GT500. Does anyone know what it is?

Looks like it might say Repair Inspection Card

Thanks!

Not like the Detroit lockers. Gee-se. That one almost got me arrested and I was only going 10 miles an hour IF EVEN THAT!

Now you're scaring me Doug. My car originally had a 3.00. Someone changed it to a 3.50 with a Detroit Locker. Tim sent me some info stating that my car had been in for warranty work on 7/6/68. Rear end rebuild including a new ring an pinion. I'm wondering if that is when they changed the gear out. Not to derail the thread, but does anyone know why the build sheet shows two digits for the axle? My build sheet shows 76 but the axle code on the door tag is 6.

1968 Shelby GT350/500/500KR / Horns

Can someone tell me if these horns appear to be correct for an A/C car?

Also can someone decode the dates on the horns? Also I seem to remember that the horns are different on A/C cars, is this correct or is old age kicking in...

Thanks guys!

Black has been available in a reproduction for some time.  Black used in 65-66 I know of; don't know others.  It is longer also.
The Metuchen built '68 Shelby protector is not black.  Different years and different plants varied.  Good luck.

Just for grins I pulled the one off of a San Jose parts coupe I have. It is black and about 10 3/16 long.

Hasn't changed much since the last time I posted it.

Glad to see the site is back up.
