Looking for help in locating an inner drivers side door panel in black for a 1968 GT 500. The panel I am looking for is the piece that covers the metal of the door and water shield and has the door lock knob extending through it. Any help would be appreciated.

1968 Shelby GT350/500/500KR / Door tag info

Wondering if anyone can help with decoding the door tag from my '68 Shelby? I figured some of it out but am at a loss for some of it too. I searched the web and can't find a picture of one like mine. would appreciate any help on this.
