I bought the Daniel Carpenter foam replacement kit to replace all the disintegrated foam in my heater box. It did not come with a schematic, which I read the NPD version does.

Does anyone have one of those guides they can share here?

Is the reason the doors have full foam coverage to stop buzzing? Seem like it would just collect more dirt.

Might just have been than it was easier and quicker to glue a full gasket to the door rather than try and install one around the outer edge.
