First time, I ran across this in Ebay. Two separate auctions for the same car?

I see that all the time, one might be a Test Auction. I will also see two Auctions of the same Car, like Shelby's where one is real with a Buy It Now price of $175,000 and then I see the exact same Auction, photos Description, everything that will have a Buy It Now price of $60,000 but you must send a Deposit of $5,000 or $10,000 as soon as you do the BIN.
