I believe this car was mentioned here previously, for sale by the son of the lady who drove it.  The eBay ad reads similarly.

I've made mention of this before, but copying over some of the relevant information seems prudent.

Just over 66K orig miles, signed by Carroll in 93, history on car, names of all 6 owners, shows well, runs great, sounds mean. Car sold in feb 69 after being a demo on the Kansas City , MI , Paul's ford , The 427 side oiler engine in the car is a March 69 block/heads. Added after sale. Have orig engine tag off the 428PI motor. My mother drove it to shows. She has passed and now it needs to be driven by the next owner. Has orig quarter panels and floors. no rust issues. Orig radio and power antenna work also. I take it out a few times a year to knock the dust off. Ac will need recharged. Have Marti report , Car was orig Highland Green , black deluxe interior , New upholstery , carpet, windshield, gas tank, brake system, idler arm all in the last 4 years. Painted around 2000

The 69 lemans motor was the last year Ford won , Get behind this motor and feel the power.  Without paying the GT40 price.
