So the guy has owned the car since 1986 and doesn't know the correct history on Hertz cars? SMH. We know it wasn't a typo when he listed 562 Hertz cars. Pete, do Hertz cars carry any type of premium over non Hertz for 68-9?  Gary

They really do not carry a premium.

Personally, I use the term concours only after a car has won a concours award.

A color change will usually be enough to knock you out. I agree with you the seller seems confused about several items
