Dated October/November/December 1966
428 Exhaust Manifolds.

Also a set of 428CJ exhaust manifolds
April-May 1969

Are the PI and the 67 GT exhaust manifolds the same?

They can be . You have to be careful because the full size car manifolds may not have the extra bolt holes needed for a Mustang based car.
