Post by: gimmea250swb on November 03, 2019, 08:24:29 PM
Hi all,

Which parts are phosphate and oil finish on a Holley 715/  I've got a non-66 version and want to make it more correct.  Thanks!

Accelerator pump arm and the C clip are typically forgotten about.

Choke rod and secondary return linkage too. Black oxide is what Holley used. make sure the pump lever is the correct early version. Plating a later version will stick out like a sore thumb. Be sure and not plate the screw , spring and contact pad , they were cad/dull zinc. Restorers tend to use too much gold irridte .
