Are these fully functional shocks or are they locked up and need rebuild?  Please advise the date code.

they act just like my new ones.   I am selling them because they do not have 60s dates and I do not need them. I do not think they need anything and you can send them back if I am wrong.  Thanks for all you help on here when I list parts.
