Title: Shelby GT500KR for auction - any insight?
Post by: newshelby on August 01, 2019, 02:33:42 AM
Any recommendations on this as an investment?  I know it's really limited information but any high-level insights?

I'll make my first attempt at critiquing/analyzing. Maybe only superficial.

WRONG side stripes (in the number area?)
Caution Fan
Air cleaner decal
No starter delay
Radio
Fender emblems too far forward
Possibly missing the oil cooler
;D

I can't totally tell from the low Rez but I think that is not a "Fomoco" stamped radiator.

Without knowing the histories of these cars, things like previous accidents, rust repair, originality of tags and body integrity, not much can be identified by looking at pictures.

I have yet to see a perfect car after 35 years. So, with all due respect ,  picking out small items is really not going to help the original poster in my honest opinion.
