Post by: Hey_jude on December 26, 2018, 09:25:53 PM
So random question here but what have y'all done for security when your out with your cars? What types of alarms, devices etc...

I need something but don't want to recreate the wheel if y'all already have great ideas ;D

Are we referring to devices for vehicles, or what I carry on my hip or shoulder?

I think Car and Driver magazine summed it up many years back:  A stick of dynamite on the left manifold.

Says no one with a 1967 GT 500 with a 427 style fuel filter.  Actually a good idea, or the coil wire. I have a remote cut off.
I will tell you were the button is in PM if you want a brilliant place to put it.

My lighter has to be pushed in to complete the ignition circuit.

Obviously it has been rewired.

Yes, that would be obvious, had that been used.. I still use the lighter socket occasionally.
