1967 Ford Mustang GT factory K-code HiPo car, 1 of 77 built. Special ordered through Stark Hickey Ford-Royal Oak Michigan by a FoMoCo Dearborn engineer. Soon thereafter sent to Kar Kraft Engineering for race prep. KK parts from front to the rear of this car. Sponsored by Stark Hickey Ford. Raced SCCA A/S at regional and national level as well as FIA rally events from 1967-75. Rare FoMoCo stamped flared fenders and quarter panels. Four wheel disc brakes, Lincoln fronts and Mustang rears. Vintage 1967 and 1971 dated dbl adj Koni shocks rebuilt/restored by Koni, new Dart 4-bolt main 302, early TFS cast iron heads, roller cam, shaft rocker assys, titanium valves, lightweight crank, Bud Moore style T/A oil pan, Tilton clutch assy, Ford 2-4V intake casting number C6OA-5424-A, airbox is a '68 Team Shelby T/A style, custom made S/S headers, close ratio Toploader 4 spd built by Ford Engineering X shop", 9 inch rear, 31 spl Detroit locker, 4.11 R&P, Ford engineering staggered shock rear, narrow T/A rear springs, DOZX rear track bar, aluminum driveshaft, alum Pyrotect fuel cell, SW gauges, Jones tach, MSD box w/rev limiter hidden behind glovebox door, Lifeline fire system, 15"x 8" magnesium American Racing Torque Thrust wheels on Goodyears. It appears to be restored as a 68 TA car and not a 67 TA.
I know the car and the owner it is very well documented and beautifully restored race ready car .

I'm trying to find some of the tracks it raced at. Too bad they didn't add that provenance to the listing.
It looks like some photos show Bill Clawson, Don Lacombe sp?, and Larry Beapre sp? as the drivers.
