Title: Unknown Connector Behind the Dash
Post by: Hey_jude on November 09, 2018, 10:24:22 PM
I noticed this time when I pulled out the instrument cluster that I had a connector that I couldn't obviously see where it connects.  Wondered if you guys could offer some assistance? Thanks. Also, has anyone ever installed the Scott Drake turn signal harness in your 68 Shelby or Mustangs? I have two extra wires that aren't in the original harness, a yellow/black and grey wire.

Here's the extra two wires.

The connector is for a rear defogger.

Thank you! I really appreciate you helping me solve that mystery. Now I can button stuff back up and move forward and scratch my head to why Drake put those wires there.

Extra wires are because Drake copied the ford service which which is the c8sa which also includes Thunderbirds with cornering lights . Cut and tape those two wires
