Some years ago i owned a copy of the book produced by Shelby American, featuring many pictures and information on the building of the 2006 Hertz cars and the 2007 Shelby GT's and the Las Vegas Facility.
Is this book available? or does any Forum user have a copy they may be prepared to sell?

These books show up on eBay from time to time. The Hertz book and the Shelby GT book are two separate books.
Also keep in mind that these books were REPRODUCED a couple years back so be sure to verify with the seller if they have an original book or a reproduction book. Original books were selling for hundreds of dollars which is why a seller took the opportunity to reproduce the books.
Amazon has the 2006 book available. The description title reads "SHELBY GT-H story of the Build".

The one on Amazon for $125 is a reprint from the original publisher. Since originals have sold for $300-500 over the past decade I suppose $125 is a good deal if not being original isn't a problem for the buyer.
One other thing to mention, these books are really more of a photo album than a book full of written text. Any GT-H owner should have this book in their collection but keep your expectations on the low side.
