Is the clutch fork on a Boss 9 different from a 1969 428CJ fork ?

yes it dont have the hole c8az not c8oz

Do you think I can use a 1969 428CJ fork in a 70 Mustang with a 460 , toploader and 429CJ style factory bellhousing (C9AA-6392-D) without any issues ?
