So once again, "genuine filth" adds an enhanced value? :o
And so, is it "roped-off" so that the adoring crowds don't wipe away this accumulation of negligence and perceived enhanced value, at least not before it's sale? Or is it, particularly in this day and age of the "mad-dog" P.I. attorneys, to distance the public so that no one claims injury as it might be deemed a health hazard! ::)
And to think, used car lots have been "dolling-up" junkers for decades thinking they'd get more return the shinier the car was! :-\
