6S1575 left my garage this afternoon after almost 40 years of ownership and countless hours of fun ! As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, a SAAC member from the Pittsburgh area put a down payment on it. He concluded the purchase and took the car home earlier today. I hope the new owner and his family own it for many many years and that it puts as many smiles on his and his families faces as it has mine. I also want to thank the many SAAC members who offered great advice and information regarding my car and others like it over the years, to ensure I could care for it in the best way possible. In particular, I want to thank Jeff Speegle who was particularly great in sharing details of cars built around the same time as mine to ensure any detailing I did was correct. It's been a real pleasure being a member of this forum with so many people with great knowledge and passion of these very special cars. John
