Title: Looking for tilt-away wheel parts 1968 GT 500
Post by: lwg8tr0514 on February 10, 2026, 09:50:35 AM
Looks like the restorer in 2019 did not think the tilt away was important. Left out the canister and any parts under the hood to get to work.  Under the column is the white vacuum valve(wrong).  Trying to get the tilt away pieced back together.

If you have the white vacuum plunger that mounts on the column, could be the '67 column

Tony Augustine sells parts for tilt columns. The 1967 version is formed to the column but there also is a white one and a black one - this is the style not shown in Jeff's picture.

PM me for Tony's contact information.
