Trying to figure out how the factory fed the rear brake and turn signal wire harness along the rear of the car. I have these fiber board panels that cover the wires but the shelby lamps stick out kind of far and appear to interfere with the panels. 2 questions-
1.-did the factory cut holes in the cover board so that the back of the light sockets would protrude out beyond the cover board
2. Was the harness anchored outside of the ground screws to keep it from moving around while the vehicle was in motion?

The original cardboard panels are "rolled" . The middle sticks out farther then ether end. You have to make them that way on repro panels. The end by the filler neck is held with a screw and the outside end is held by a washer nut "flange style". The nut goes on a stud that fits in a slot . The washer nut and stud are on a regular Mustang in that area.
