Title: 1967 Shelby Inboard Light Plastic Clips
Post by: greekz on December 20, 2025, 07:21:01 PM
I am in the process of having these clips made.  They will not be available until early January.  I would like to know if there is any interest.  I am looking at $25.00 a pair, plus shipping anywhere in the U. S.

Thanks,

Greek

A friend just sent me an Ebay link to a Branda auction for the clips saying they are an exact copy.  Mine would not be as thick as Branda's.  Not sure which is correct.  If his are more correct, I guess I will cancel production.  I do not want to produce or sell a product which is not correct.

And also just a thanks for making happen. This is how the little details and parts get produced. From  a personal need, identifying an opportunity and someone willing to put in the time and effort to make things happen.

I was making these about 10 years ago...I have a few left.

I took one of my original clips and had it exactly reproduced.

I also found the correct satin grey color for them, but I think all of that information was lost with the with the forum crash.

They are stuck on with 3m double-sided foam tape, the thinner one.

I used the clip I bought from Nick to have the proto type made.  It is light gray and has a smooth texture.

I will try and post a picture today.
