Here is a list of all the 1962-1970 Shelby American products I could find being auctioned off in January 2026. I probably made a mistake or two... Please let me know if I missed something. Thank you.

An outstanding job MrL
Thanks for keeping everyone informed
Much appreciated and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Interesting. Large amount of Shelby's at Kissimee. Might that depress prices?

Thank you. I am glad everyone enjoys it. :)
I cleaned up the hyperlinks. I made the VIN numbers a hot link to the car. Hopefully this is a little easier to read and navigate. Just click on the VIN to go to the car auction page.
I will post the sales prices after the auctions.

And yes looking forward to what 67412F2U00910 does with the color combination, condition and being a Thermactor car. Glad he left much of it original rather than redone. Also good to see an auction "ad" with decent undercarriage pictures a detail missing inn most.
Good luck to all sellers and potential buyers. Be smart and do your homework or get someone to do it for you :) Don't be "that guy"

Beautiful car. When looking at the underside pictures I saw a example of something that may help others from having the same problem. If you look at the exhaust and the discoloring and darkening of the exhaust pipes that is a example is what happens when you use the high heat clear over regular steel exhaust pipe. Sometimes if you use a rust inhibitor product like T9 or the like it will do that too. It has to do with how the heat cycles effect over time the clear and or the oil based rust inhibitors. That dark look is not what a exhaust pipe should look like if in a concours venue but it IS however better then rust.
Thanks & couple nice Night mist cars in there including a parchment one.

That is one interesting car!
Cougar XR-7 dash will always be a winner in my book!

I see what looks like a 351 Cleveland valve covers but is the fuel injection in place ?
This car was at the Indiana SAAC Fall Fest. No, the F.I. was not on the car. Looked decent but need a little spiffing up under the hood. I seem to recall that it also had original paint. And the Cougar dash was still there.

I believe it is a different car.
This past year at Indiana SAAC Fall Classic it was a GT500 with black stripes and red interior. VIN 9R02R482860.
No, there is currently only one source for Conelec EFI. ;D
The car is not original paint, it's been "restored" in the past. It should be inspected closely if someone is interested in buying it (like every car)
I see the estimate for 69 #2329 is $200-225K. I would say that's about double of what a GT350 should be....I cant wait to see the final numbers.
Well, that didnt go well # 2329 only went to $120k 😬
427 Cobras are finally in fashion again...
Ton of Money for the Narrow Hip!
Quote from: Coralsnake on January 16, 2026, 05:19:07 PMWell, that didnt go well # 2329 only went to $120k 😬
Or it went as you predicted as half of the estimated 200-235K ;)
Overall good $ for the Shelby marque. Surprised 1965 #262 didn't sell after $660k for a later car. Gulfstream Aqua 1969 GT 500 vert was on the low side, especially for a four speed car IMHO. Fun to watch today!
In all fairness I will admit I thought it would be around $150. I think the ask was slightly higher.
I guess its good news in some respects.
The 70 yellow fell way short as thats a mid 2 car easy.

Certainly, the auctions are always entertaining to watch.
IMO 500k high bid on 262 was generous considering the car's history and originality.
As for the later car,.. I don't think I'm going too far out on a limb assuming that the new owner probably didn't talk to Howard before buying it.
Kind regards,
Vern

Some cars go up, some go down - year to year it's constantly changing. Last year a KR fastback got 490K...nothing like that in 2026..I'm sure eventually there will be another in 5,10,20 years to break the record?....It's a waste of time to speculate on why. As a Monday morning quarterback I always win my football games! ;) I can almost guarantee next year one of those low bid cars will get more...40 years in this hobby gives you that perspective. Just remember every seller's car of interest is the "best" and every buyer's car of interest "is too expensive"...not all you think or are told is necessarily the case when it comes to 60 year old machines!
I was there and hung out with some friends on the forum. several deals were had, the 68 krs were a little weak, black ac auto, very nice car, it had some easy to swap back "upgrades" like 4 wheel discs and efi a red 4 speed etc. My bigger surprise was almost no premium for really correct concours cars, I am no expert but several went through with judging documentation. Over restored correct looking cars pulled the same or more money. and the delta between a driver unrestored car (that functions but needs everything) was only like 20% Like 20-50k so much better off buying a nice done car. The 65s came out of the woodwork and everyone was hoping for close to a mil like the one that sold last year and most did not sell.
the 69 black jade scj pulled great numbers the owner was super friendly and outgoing and was by his car from friday on you could tell he was meticulous in caring for it, he said he put it on his 4 post and cleaned it after every drive and I believe him! It was an example of a correct but over restored, as in beautiful paint arrow straight panels . I was a little dubious at first because some body panel date codes were smoothed over in the paint process (I did find some legit codes, so no question in my mind it was the original body) but just an example of a great seller that shared his passion with the people that came and looked at it and he was in a tent in the back.
not an expert here but that was my impression
Was fun watching them go across the block and good to be able to "rewind" the live feed if missed in real time.
I thoughts the 67s did exceptionally well.
Thanks for putting the list together. Takes a lot of effort/dedication.

Seems that Scottsdale showed different results were a new world record for a 66 GT3550 automatic was set by a car that won top honors in Div II at the last SAAC convention - 6S1618.
Congrads of course and great to see owners and builders rewarded for the extra efforts and dedication.
