Title: Vacuum lines under hood- GT500
Post by: jimhyc on December 17, 2025, 11:09:53 AM
Need a little help on the vacuum lines to the canisters under the battery and hood hinge. For some reason a previous owner removed all the vacuum lines. The 428 has tilt and air. I have the diagrams but they don't seem to make sense. There is one vacuum port on the can under the battery tray and two on the can under the hood hinge (large and small ports)

Single (tilt) goes to one way tee near firewall. Pull side of the tee (single) goes to brass block on rear of intake. Last port off tee goes to tilt solenoid under dash. AC large nipple  goes to brass block, small nipple goes through firewall to Heater control
