Title: 69 Boss 9 engine
Post by: TLea on November 15, 2025, 08:22:20 AM
Looking for a 69 Boss 9 engine. My first choice would be a rebuilt one block, but also open to individual items such as block heads, etc. Must be an HP block, no NASCAR. no junk or blown up stuff.

Tim,

are you familiar with the forum HAMB?.......its an old school hot rod forum.....you may want to post there too....seen several original B429 motors end up in hot rods over the years

Might try the FE Forum on Network 54 - I think they had a Lima Forum at one time but it may be dead now.

Well lets see that is Steve Strange. My friend tried buying something off of him and my friend has a SAAC survivor gold Boss 429. you know what Steve said to him? Nope, not selling you the part because you have never bought from me before. Now that is "Strange". I've followed his parts on Ebay for years and ,yes, the same parts have been for sale for years and he keeps raising them. Example; 69-70 Shelby 4 speed shift knob.
