Title: 1966 GT350 OTC wood steering wheel?

My GT350 came with this wood steering wheel. Could this be an early SAI wheel? It has 2-cancelation pins, no black line in the wood, and no collars on the spokes. Is there value here and with all the splintering, is it restorable? Thanks, David
