I should know this, but for the life of me I can't remember. Old age...hah! Should the G2 Radiator be a 2 row or 3 row core? I'm thinking it should be a 2 row core. I finally found a radiator shop (old school) that will rebuild my 2/65 G2 radiator with the correct looking core fins. He told me he can rebuild it either way.
I've been using this/my Group II or R Model radiator forever it seems, both are W/MO radiators.
This would probably be a Bob G or Jeff S question. Thank you
Cheers,
~Earl J
2 row. My 66 has the original core G2 no issues. I had my 69 M code Mach recored with a 2 row, all good. I really don't push these cars hard though.
Thanks trotrof1. That's what I thought. I'm thrilled that I found this shop that would redo my radiator the way I want. I saw samples of his work. I didn't tell him what the radiator was for but just a "Mustang".

Well you weren't lying, it is just a Mustang radiator common to all manual transmission San Jose V8 cars.

The Mustang part is true . The common to all manual transmission San Jose V8 cars is not true.
