Unlike what you may have heard the majority of 67 Jacks do not have a date. The most important thing is to get a correct SJ jack.

+1 I have seen single NOS fronts or rear but with my parts background and time on the clock I have not seen a NOS assemblyline set.

That is great to hear. Even though they are not NOS like you wanted once properly cosmetically restored you will not be able to tell the difference after they are installed. FYI confirm that the used ones do not need to be rebuilt. This is the time to have that done. Dan Patch is the shock man that rebuilds the Ford shocks (not Koni) for all of the restorers I know.
I bought a complete set from Dan Patch couple years ago great quality not cheap
lead time 6-12 months FYI
I got inspection cover and jack.
Ed how can we discuss teh parts you have inspection cover and jack. My email is scott@dynagraphics.com 2178558883

I answered this question on a another forum but in case you hadn't seen it the Cougar 390 fan shroud is the same one used on the 67 390 Mustang or 67 GT500. It is a one year only fan shroud . Other year FE Cougar/Mustang had different fan shrouds shrouds FYI It is marked C7AE-8146-A not C72E-8146-A .
The correct radiator for 1967 GT500 is W-MO ( stamped on top) Date coded for 1967.
I would be willing to buy Fan Shroud and Radiator . I expect Shroud to be expensive

Anything under about 500.00 for a W-MO dated SJ FE radiator is below current market value. Combined with approximate 700-1000.00 restoration cost for the used radiator you can expect it to be relatively expensive too. ;)
yes difficult to find parts .
