need to touch up interior paint on doors of 1968 Shelby, looks black but I understand it is Charcoal?
Yes it is charcoal. Its going to be hard to match it with touchup. There are a lot of paint brands and types
PPG code 32586

+1 on different paint brands = slightly different tint. That typically will be most relevant if touching up rather then completely re-coating. Also many restorers currently and in the past are/were under the impression that the black interior uses black paint instead of the correct factory dark charcoal metallic for the 67-70 Shelby. Consequently the OP's door might be currently painted simple black because it was painted incorrectly during restoration work in the past. Regardless I would do a test card and hold it up to the door with good light to compare tint.I only mention that for the purpose of a temporary touch up fix in case it was painted incorrectly in the past.
When doing small parts I sometimes use a rattle can. Doing large parts like doors and lower dashes I gun spray with PPG like Pete mentioned in a prior post. I will hang my rear parts for my 68 Shelby and gun spray them. Rattle can can cause streaks.
