Too bad, it was a good Northeast location and a great facility with excellent amenities. The track people were great to work with for the GT 60th event. It will be missed.
who did they sell to and for those not in the know I believe we are talking about the old Beaver RUN TRACK.
I heard it will become an AI data center.
another one bites the dust
Super Shame! I loved Instructing on that track. The back is so technical.
SAAC did it first as just the Beaver, later as Pitt.
My brother was flying past PittRace last week, he took this photo at 28,000 feet...
Pocono and the Kalihari are the place, indoors, and close to all the Yankees.....
Pocono would be nice but what is Kalihari? I loved the SAAC Meet in Wisconsin at Road of America. Nice weather and wide open space, nice track.

Kalihari is the resort close (ok, semi close) to Pocono Raceway

Awesome that sounds like a good family event then.
It will not be anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon line.
No Charlotte? No Road Atlanta?
How about Flatrock ?
I'll bet Mr. Biddle would be very excited to host such a prestigious event and get his new track front and center......
If you mean the one in Tennessee, it is way too far from nice hotels, restaurants, etc.
Betcha one kash dolla it's not gona be in Floridaland...

Long but interesting discussion on how this unfolded.
