Pitt Race (Pittsburgh International Raceway) just sold...apparently to a developer and will no longer be a racetrack. This is devastating news!

Been hearing about that today from a few groups I run with.

The current owners put a bunch of $$$$ in the place. Must be quite an offer!

So much for a possible future convention location....

I went to PITT twice because of this group. Took my wife to Engishtown before they stopped drag racing. Damn shame is right.
