Anyone have the paint code for the interior Black Charcoal Metallic?
My paint supplier can't find it.

I would just buy it direct from NPD in a spray can.
Since you appear to want to apply it from a spray gun we can start with the original Ditzler code of 32586. Not sure what each current paint company is doing and maybe someone will have a current code from a specific brand that will help.
To help that process what brand does you paint store carry?
Can always use TCPGlobal/AutoColorLibrary and use their version of Dark Charcoal Metallic

Remember to strip off all the old paint. Prep it right then spray it with thin coats so that the grain does not get filled
Many of us first go over with a thin base coat of black first because the dark charcoal metallic covers so poorly . If not you have to apply the thin covering dark charcoal metallic so many times to get it to cover you run the risk of filling in the grain.
This is what I used years ago...
as Jeff & Bob stated, clean and prep well without degrading the metal stamped texture, prime with black light coat.
Add flattener to get the right sheen & make sure you get ALL the metal parts, there are more than you might realize.

Using what your paint supplier will call "the factory mix code", it just will be too glossy for a '67, but closer to to about right for a '68.
So what JD suggests at adding flattener is the only way to get the sheen right for a '67. The '67 is significantly flatter then what the original mix code calls for.
I'd go with exactly what he suggests. He is as correct as you are ever going to get on the flatness.

I've found shooting it on the dry side helps. Realize that its tempting to lay down a nice wet coat with everything smooth but with all the clear in the paint you too quickly fill the grain and heighten the gloss level. Have had to repaint some panels in the past when I didn't follow these suggestions especially on that flat panels with no grain.
I had the original faded black metallic as undercoat on the plastic interior pieces and used two light coats from spray cans and it came out great. Covered, no runs and the grain is intact.

this is a good paint code for interior 32586 as JD has pointed out. it can be mixed in DBC base coat,ppg, it will match better if you leave out half the metallics in the formula and maybe 15% more black. not clear over it and dont paint wet as Jeff has pointed out...
