So what country with a non-extradition treaty was his choice?

African Republic, Chad, Mainland China, Comoros, Congo (Kinshasa), Congo (Brazzaville), Djibouti, Equatorial.
Mauritania, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal,
Niger, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé & Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal and Serbia.. So many choices!

This hit the news a few months ago. There was another dealer that took VW for 12 million. He cleared out his dealership selling Lambos below cost. VW financed the flooring on the cars.
