I just learned today that Phil Severance of Phildon Restorations past away recently. He was the best and will be greatly missed. Any suggestions on who can be trusted now ?
I've used Redline Gauges (661) 259-8891, for nearly thirty years. Shannon is a true professional and takes extreme pride in his work.
Are you talking 65-66 or other year? Phil had no equal for 65-66 which is why everyone used him. 67 and up there are some good options
I heard he was training his assistant who was going to take over for him.

I did too and heard from a owner of a tach in the works when Phil passed that the assistant had contacted him and was going to proceed with the repair.I hope it works out. He is a member here but may not want to post.
His assistant sent my tach back to me. He told me didn't know if he had enough confidence to rebuild it.
I have used Mo-ma manufacturing recently to clean and calibrate two 1966 Shelby Tachometers. Turn around time was about 2-4 weeks. Cost around $500 - $600 per Tachometer. They appear to be in great condition I have not hooked them up yet. If you need a light restoration and calibration. Joey can help out. If you need the tachometer refaced or repainted I am not sure he has this capability.
Here is the contact information.

I have used MO-Ma a number of times in the past. Always great work and turn times.
Don't think Margaret is running the shop now, as I believe, she has retired. Since
lived in Albuquerque, I always used Mo-Ma.
